Our
Our suman is made from very special heirloom purple "diket" rice from the rice terraces
of the Philippines. These heirloom grains are owned by families and are passed down
from one generation to another. They are organically grown.
We serve them to help support these farmers so that they may continue to preserve our heritage. |
