3 little Heritage pigs

Oysters with the Pancit Malabon: a classic pairing

for the famous Philippine seafood noodle dish

Lechon Kawali: deep-fried pork belly is one of our

most popular specials served with achara

These purple "diket" glutinous rice grains from the

rice terraces of the Philippines are heirloom,

meaning they were the same grains that our ancestors

grew, harvested and consumed. They are owned by

families that farm the terraces. If the family leaves

these farms, the grains disappear forever.

Eggs & garlic fried rice is the best Filipino brunch:

tapsilog (tapa) and tocilog (tocino): all made in-house
